The recent bans were supposedly about using multiple chars in lotto? Yet a person can dump endless credits from any 1 char. If anything ever needed capped it's the lotto; in fairness to all. I also would love a gold lotto that gave away random legendary items as prizes. I think that would be cool!

or just like winning a little amount of credits like 50-100 . .
Another good idea but I really like the random idea since some legendary items we all think are over priced
or a legendary weapon,armor or spell at a random with winners max level . .
