Another credit lottery issue!

I'm new to this game so haven't fully got to grips with it yet but i got the message in my news telling me about the lottery, i have looked everywhere for the button but cannot find it anywhere on any of my accounts, the message says it is in the royal credits page but it isn't there on mine??

It should indeed be visible on the royal credits page. Please take another look.
