The new Crystal Sword that is showing up on Weapons for $32 Million has 0 Strengh and 0 for Defense. Is this a mistake or should it have power?

It was an item going in that appeared to lower levels that it was set to longer than it normally would have. It was later deleted to prevent any issues.

this is the lowest level of the weapon when your level up your weapon become stronger and more powerfull
