Items are Missing all of a sudden

Sometime this morning, I lost a bunch of stuff from my Profile. I lost several four (4) "Fruit of Life", at least twenty-five (25) wings, the lastest armour from Evil Sorcerer. What happend??

We do apologize for this. It is indeed an issue. The data was restored to the state from about one day ago. We have posted a news update on this as to what we're doing, both to compensate and to prevent this from ever happening again in the future.

I have to agre with Antilles in that this neeeds to be clarified, as a 'paying customer'.

I lost quite a lt of stuff, and getting it back would take a lot of energy as well as luck on the drops.

After much consideration, review, and work on the new solution, we agree that the 200 credits alone is not sufficient for all players (since higher level players have much more energy than lower level players). Therefore, the Crystallized Energy Flower was developed. This flower will restore your energy to its maximum level. In addition to the 200 royal credits tomorrow, you will also get 15 of the flowers today. Again, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, and hope this to be an acceptable solution for everyone. We hope you will continue to enjoy playing Algadon.

yeah i lost several days of search for treasure credits, over 120 because bonuses. also today, sometime after 4 eastern time i lost several levels, like 10 or more, i put in some extra time last few days and got them so it was just from a few days that i've lost stuff. i dont think i lost them until after this post came out so is this stuff still happening?
