Two kills for off of one bounty

I was bountied, got the message that I was bountied and then killed. No big deal.

Then I got a second set in my attack log saying that I'd attacked due to a bounty, but no corresponding PM saying that I was on the bounty list.

How's that work?

I sent a pm in game to a moderator and then one post here. This is exactly what I've come to expect as "support" from this game.

The only way to get support is to use the contact form. Posts here and PMs in game are not monitored for support.

The forum here is meant for player-to-player communication/discussion.

Regarding the attack log/message issue, were they virtually at the same time? Perhaps they were both executed before being flagged as killed.

I'm sorry I mislabeled that, I did used the "need to contact us" link in game. Haven't seen a response yet.

It was the email associated with your account, and same day you sent the contact. (I did not post the email address here for obvious privacy reasons).

I just checked my emails. I have the emails with the login info, password info etc. Nothing about the 2 kills on 1 bounty though.

I just checked all of my spam. Nothing in there in regards to the game.

It would help if you could give me the first 4 letters of the email name? So I can see if you send it to the right person/account.

Failing that, resend. It shouldn't take this long to get a response about a request in game. Why not just PM it back?
