Regen not occurring every 5 minutes

I've been quiet about this for a while since its not that big of a deal, but its annoying none-the-less every time I see it.

Why is it that my HP and energy don't regen until the timer hits 4 min 46 sec (sometimes 4 min 42 seconds).

Why doesn't it regen once the 5 min timer actually runs out?

It does start at that time...but it processes everyone in the entire game. So, there may be some seconds delay as you mentioned.

That would explain why I noticed the regen varying by a few seconds once in a while.

Like I said, not a big deal, since the regen is pretty consistent, occurring every 4 min 45 seconds or so according to the timer, 5 minutes elapses every time anyway.
