i tried logging into algadon not long ago, and it said my maximum number of login attempts had been reached for that 15 minute period..
now the problem is... i hadnt actually TRIED to login up until that point...
should this worry me?
(i am logged in now though)

apparently its not just me, who else is having this issue? i can say for sure some others do i wont name who but, yeah...whats going on?

Same thing happened to me, twice. My tries were about 1 hour apart and it let me log in after about 3 attempts. Others from the Guild have reported the same problem.

Just to update here... We are investigating to determine the source of the issue.
I changed my password, just in case some malicious hacking try is happening to me.

It only happened to me one time last week. I wrote the contact us link immediately, expressing my concern about a potential hacker and to please rectify. I then tried logging onto the regular web page via my phone and got the same result. By this time three other members of my clan were asking if I was having this trouble. It seems that was a solitary incident and likely proves the site's security is functioning well against hackers who use the trial and error method (which is most of them).

That was exactly the case. We also banned the IP associated with the attempt.
