clan invitation

There is a problem with the clan invitations. We officers and clan leaders are unable to send them.
Only message is 'Overlord Wizard Says No!'

We have tested this in all directions. The only explanation is if your clan has invites turned off. Everything else checks out. If that is not the case, let us know the exact steps to reproduce the issue you're seeing.
