See the news for more information, but to add here, there may be a word in news announcements to give you a clue on where to find special items when an event is in progress.

It may be obvious or not, but it should give a clue at least.

what is the ratio for getting these item? like how many times, on average do we need to do it (or other special quests) before we get an item? i think ive done it about 150 times or more and got none while other people in my clan already have 4-5. these events are still fun though, please keep having them :)

The plan is to continue having the special events. The drop rate varies per event. Of course, the ones that have more are either more persistent or lucky. Of course, being a premium member also helps.
