Spell Terrorize mistake?

Strength and defense values seem to be reversed, at least if it's supposed to be following the existing pattern.

Please explain further what you mean exactly. Pretty sure they are not reversed, but certainly want to hear your observations...

It may be as intended, but the progression of spells has been that both strength and defense go up 10-20 points per level, and extra damage goes up once every couple of levels. With Terrorize, strength went down 40, and defense up 60. If the values were reversed, both strength and defense would have gone up by 10.

It's correct. Some spells have a different configuration.
