As to a list of all items... Well, meh, most just give something much like this. Its just bonuses to str, def and damage. Some have bonuses to energy, hp and energy regen, aswell, ofcourse, but those are very rare and not likely awarded from event quests anyway.
If you check the Image Info for any picture on a character page, the stats are also listed in the 'associated text' field.
There's apparently a wiki: http://algadon.wikidot.com/ - though I don't know how up to date it is.
The wiki gets updated fairly often, if you notice something out of date let me know and i will get it to the appropriate people...
