I would like to ask for clarification on the latest NEWS item regarding the Energy Cloak.

The "Energy Cloak" found in the Legendary Items was NEVER an item drop.

The "Lightning Force Energy Cloak" was the special drop item and only allowed for one (1) of these items. This item grants the holder a permanent +1 increase to energy regeneration every 5 minutes.

If you believe it was supposed to be the "Energy Cloak" that was the drop item.. feel free to replace that in my profile as that is a much more powerful item.

OR correct the news item.
