when giving powers to clan offiers is placing a click on the topic GIVING them power or taking it away from them ????

When you make players an officer you set roles for them,
The way you do this is you go to the admin panel as the leader
then go to Assign Officer
If you have an officer then you can edit their Officer Permissions...

If you tick the box then that means they have the ability to do that if you leave the box empty without a tick they can't do that option, simple.
