I purchased a Cloak of Rejuvenation and then (unknown to me) we were forced into a Clan War. My Cloak is not working.. so can I get my 500 credits back?

Already replied to your direct message, but just to follow-up here, the issue with the rejuv cloak introduced for clan wars has been resolved, and you're taken care of with the credits too.
