It looks like the new Rare Item's description says that it is a cloak, but it is called a Talisman and looks non cloakish.

I think the note we got today about the correction to the item, may still have an error in it.

Torrence means that it is called "talisman" but do not increase your luck ... it is cloak only no "talisman"

It had incorrect wording briefly after the name/image adjustment.

As for it being a talisman....a talisman does not associate with luck...just because one talisman has luck, there could be 20 that do not. Like there's a charm that has luck, but others that do not.

A talisman is an item type only, like a cloak, ring, or any other that can possess any type of attribute.
